Virus Removal - $150

Onsite or in-shop removal of viruses. Not all virus issues need to be resolved by formatting your hard drive. Viruses are normally removed within the first hour. If the computer is badly infected, the turn around time to have them removed is 24-48 hours.

While there is no extra charge for this service, sometimes there is no other option but to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows. If this is the case, then the following service fees apply:

• Data Backup/Restore - $70

• Windows Installation - $150*

* - Virus Removal fee is applied towards this fee

This service includes a free copy of Avira or Microsoft Security Essentials.

System Tune-up - $75

Most computers are not programmed to run at top performance speed, due to the loading of many programs when the computer starts up. Computers tend to slow down after time as well. This can be caused by a couple of things, such as lack of memory available or many registry errors. This service frees up memory, fixes registry errors and also optimizes the computer to run at peak performance.

Networking - Free Consultation/$75 per hour

Is your internet slow? Are you having problems printing to a network or shared printer? Can't access your shared folders or files? I will troubleshoot your problem and have it resolved in no time!

I am also certified to setup your network, whether it is wireless or wired. Consultation is free, which includes coming to your home or business and developing a plan with you on how you want your network set up.

Hardware Installation - $75

This service includes installing the hardware (hard drive, dvd-rom, network card, etc) into your computer, and testing it to make sure everything works perfectly.

Software Installation - $30

Having troubles installing a program? Are you getting errors or the program won't start? I can help! This service includes installation and configuring as well as troubleshooting any problems the program is having.
